CTAA Limited of Hongkong is known for its quality landscape architectural
services in Hongkong and the Asian region. With its commitment
to creating exceptional spaces that give landscape both form and
character, as well as improving the environment through design
excellence, CTAA has produced many notable projects such as the
Hyatt Regency in Macau, Monterez Golf and Country Club in Malaysia,
Standard and Chartered Bank Headquarters in Singapore, and HongKong's
Kau Sai Chau Golf Course, the Exchange Squarea and Deerhill Bay.

Arch Arlen P. De Guzman and Associates Co.

After topping the local architectural board exams in 1977, Arlen
de Guzman started his meteoric rise to the top as an architect
for Leandro V. Locsin & Associates, where he was involved
in the design, planning and implementation of projects such as
the Philippine Plaza Hotel, the Philippine Center for International
Trade and Exhibitions, National Arts Center of the Philippines
and the upgrading of the Grand Manila Hotel. From there, his career
took him to Hong Kong, as an associate and design director of
Hirch/Bedner and Associations (HK) Ltd., where he made his mark
in a series of prestigious projects. Eventually, he established
his own company in 1995, and handled a variety of office, residential
and hospitality projects, such as King's Court II, Alpha Salcedo
Residential Condominium, Frabella Condominium, Grassi's Restaurant,
the Benpres Building Penthouse, Marriott Hotel Cebu, and renovations
in the Pan Pacific Hotel-Manila and the Century Park Sheraton
Manila. With talent paired with an unerring eye for detail and
quality, de Guzman has extended his design influence with the
recent establishment of his own outfit in Hong Kong, the Philippines
and Asia at large.

Periquet Galicia
Makati City
Periquet Galicia is a newly formed design group specializing
in interior architecture and lighting design. Its design principals
are backed by a combined experience of over two decades in the
design field, mainly in New York City, and both have master's
degrees in design from Pratt Institute in New York. The group
has made a name for themselves through their projects in the corporate,
hospitality and residential areas, notably though their design
concept for the pedestrian and roadway lighting system of Carmelray
Town Corporation, and the design, furnishing and project management
of various residences in The Regency, Three Salcedo Place, Forbes
Park, and Rockwell Center, all in Makati City. Overseas, they
have completed the interior design and furnishing of various apartments
in Manhattan and Forest Hill in New York, as well as the restoration
and design of a mid-Victorian mansion apartment in Kensington,
London.
